writing process
i hope some people feel the same way when they lose what there talking about? does anybody think thats drafts kind of get you off topic? does anyone think that you just writing down words just to get it done? do some people think that you lose focus after writing your draft forever
I can't count how any times I've written something just to get it done. In fact, I was doing writing for one of my classes earlier today and it was just that -- writing to get it done because the teacher wants to read it. Even though I teach writing, it's hard for me to convince others that we have something to gain by writing down our ideas. The best rationale I can think of is to say that once you put an idea out there -- through writing -- you allow other people to comment on it, to critique it, and in the end, to perfect it. Doesn't that sound like an amazing prospect?
