Debt By Degrees
1. What is the difference between unemployed and underemployed?
2. How do you feel about college tuition rising?
3. What does he mean by college is a huge bubble but cannot be flipped?
I think when someone is underemployed, that means that the person works less than 30 hours a week, which is I think the definition of employed. A person unemployed, on the other hand, is someone without a job at all.
Someone please correct me if I am wrong. My last exposure to economics was in 4th year high school :O
I feel that college tuition rising is questionable. I don't understand why it is rising.
